This assignment focuses on addressing key challenges in human Resource Management. It examines three major workplace challenges.



Adapting to Technological Change

It examines how new technology affects businesses and employees.  The translator uses human resource management theories such as leadership and organizational culture theory for that.  Human resource strategies such as continuous learning programs, personal methods and psychological support can increase the effectiveness of this.  This can lead to employee happiness, increased organizational performance, etc.

Employee Turnover

Unfortunate withdrawal can be divided into involuntary withdrawal. This is discussed using human resource management theories such as Maslow's need fulfillment theory.  This problem can be mitigated by human resource management strategies such as mental wellness programs, training programs and improving employee motivation.  These strategies increase the performance of the organization

Workplace Conflict

Describes problems between employees and management. Human Resource identifies 6 main steps as the conflict resolution process:

  •   Identify the problem
  •    Collection of information
  •    Maintain direct dialogue
  •   Discuss solutions
  •   Execution of Agreement
  •  Follow up

Recommends Human Resource strategies such as open communication, direct moderation, fair pay systems and development of organizational culture. Solving problems increases organization harmony, performance, and employee happiness. This work is designed with the objectives of anticipating Human Resource challenges, applying theories and suggesting practical strategies for suggesting practical strategies for organizational success.
